No Name Italian Restaurants
'No Name' Restaurant was first established in 1959 in a narrow back street in Darlinghurst known as 'Il Faro' club. Passing trucks would knock down the restaurants sign and increasingly it became known, amongst patrons, as the restaurant with 'No Name'.
Originally concieved as a place where local Italian immigrants could get something good to eat, the secret soon spread to the greater population.
During this time, No Names has been synonomous with good, fast, Italian food, unpretentious service, and massive servings.
